Pilates Bodyworks is founded by Alvin Giam who first introduced Pilates to Singapore in 1999. He has been studying the work with various master teachers in the US and Canada for more than 20 years. The branch studio is managed by his protégé, Collin Low, who has been studying and teaching Pilates with Alvin for more than 8 years.
Pilates Bodyworks at Holland offers both mat and equipment classes.
